Set sail for Corsica’s most beautiful beaches and discover the natural splendour and diverse landscapes of the Isle of Beauty, from Palombaggia to Barcaggio, and from Santa Giulia to Rondinara. With their crystal-clear waters and breathtaking views, these spots are true slices of paradise where every grain of fine sand tells a story...

Palombaggia: a Caribbean Vibe in Porto Vecchio

With its ribbon of white sand, turquoise waters, and parasol pines, Palombaggia is undoubtedly one of Corsica’s most beautiful beaches. The sunsets, casting a golden glow over the nearby nature reserve of the Cerbicale Islands create a heavenly atmosphere reminiscent of the exotic shores of the Caribbean.

After a day of leisure, walks, and snorkelling, indulge in the gentle Mediterranean waters before savouring fresh seafood in the laid-back atmosphere of Porto-Vecchio Gulf’s harbour.

Santa Giulia Beach: a family-friendly getaway

If you’re still undecided on where to go for a seaside family holiday in Corsica, Santa Giulia Beach is the perfect choice. Just a short distance from Porto Vecchio, it’s famous for its shallow lagoon surrounded by mountains. Here, children can safely splash about in the water while parents unwind under the sun. As night falls, this family-friendly spot transforms into a tranquil oasis, offering magical moments under the stars.

At the eastern tip of the bay, U Santa Marina provides an ideal setting to enjoy refined cuisine while marvelling at the sunset over the beach and the gently swaying sail boats. The view is particularly breathtaking in April and May, when the blooming flowers fill the air with a delightful fragrance on this almost-deserted beach.

Rondinara: a hidden gem of Corsica

Near Bonifacio, the stunning Bay of Rondinara boasts a surprising half-moon shape with calm, shallow waters surrounded by lush green hills. Despite being a popular summer destination, Rondinara retains its unspoiled charm due to the narrow, winding road that makes access a bit tricky.

For those seeking peace and adventure, the Gulf of Santa Manza offers wild beaches like Ballistra and Sant’Amanza, perfect for secluded retreats away from the summer crowds. With its hidden coves and breathtaking views, this little slice of southern Corsica is brimming with treasures and promises an unforgettable escape.

Saleccia and Lodu: an adventurer's dream

The charming coastal village of Saint-Florent is the ideal gateway to the Agriates Desert and its magnificent beaches. From its picturesque, colourful port, adventurers can embark on a cruise to Saleccia and Loto, where turquoise waters and white sand dunes await. After basking in the soft sand and gentle waves, why not extend the adventure with a hike back along the coastal path of Saint-Florent or through the trails of the Agriates Desert?

The wild landscapes are infused with the scent of the Corsican maquis. Holm oaks, chestnut trees, and olive trees paint a bucolic backdrop of the Nebbio hinterland, with its lush vineyards and Romanesque churches overlooking the Mediterranean.

Barcaggio: Corsica’s northernmost beach

At the northern tip of Cap Corse, Barcaggio boasts crystal-clear waters and faces the island of Giraglia. You can reach its fine sands—sometimes shared with grazing cows—via the charming coastal path from the quaint port of Barcaggio. The tranquil atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing break while exploring Cap Corse.

This wild and captivating region also invites you to discover Centuri, a delightful fishing village, and Nonza, a clifftop town offering stunning views over a unique black sand beach.
