As you follow the mountain road carved into the green and gold-tinted shale, the Église Ste-Lucie suddenly appears, perched upon a rock. The church affords a magnificent view over Bastia, with its port and citadel, as well as the Étang de Biguglia and the Tuscan archipelago.
