The Michelin Guide's review
This exhibition space is dedicated to Raymond Savignac (1907-2002), who made Trouville his home. His commercial posters revealed to the world the "new Bic ballpoint pen", Aspro tablets and the curls of smoke of Gitanes cigarettes. His quick-witted and very personal style, be it caricatural or sketchy, was naïve and colourful and reminiscent of the spontaneity of children's drawings. The posters are displayed in rotation but a multimedia terminal allows visitors to see them in their entirety.
