Maison Folie - Hospice d'Havré
Michelin Guide
Civil and military monument
The Michelin Guide's review
Founded as a hospital in 1260 by Mahaut de Guisnes, this former hospice was rebuilt during the 17C and 18C. The chapel with its Baroque altarpiece and the cloister with sculptured corbels are all that remain of the monastery. In 2004 the site was transformed into the Maison Folie, housing artists' workshops and staging exhibitions, "apéros-concerts" etc.
