The Michelin Guide's review
The beaches of the peninsula of St Anne embody all the attributes of the idyllic picture postcard of Martinique: deep blue sea, white sandy beach, palm trees and fantastic sunsets. You cannot fail but find a beach that suits your taste, whether you're looking for an unspoilt (Anse Caritan), popular (Grande Anse des Salines), or naturist (Petite-Anse des Salines) beach; one with rolling waves (Anse à Prunes); or beaches accessible by car (Anse Trabaud) or on foot (Pointe des Salines along the path to Pointe d'Enfer).
