Well worth the diversions
Natural site
The Michelin Guide's review
Surrounded by birch trees, huge blocks of fractured quartzite occupy an impressive site, dominating the narrow Semoy valley at a height of 407m/1,335ft. The piles of rocks evoke a ruined castle, whose construction, unfinished, was said to be the work of the devil. From Roc-la-tour, several paths loop round the Semoy and Meuse valleys.
