The Michelin Guide's review
Sri Thendayyutthapani Temple, built between 1875 and 1880, offers an insight into the Indian presence in Vietnam. Only 300 Indian families live in the country, descendants of traders who settled here several centuries ago. Green and white tiling predominates, although the exuberant decor is worth a look. Don't leave without admiring the tower on the roof, embellished with a bas-relief depicting various divinities from the Hindu pantheon and students dressed in 1920s clothing.
