Old Town of Campeche
Michelin Guide
Well worth the diversions
City and village
The Michelin Guide's review
The Old Town of Campeche is a delight to behold with beautiful, finely restored colourful façades lining its little streets. Go for lunch in the centre of the Zócalo, bordered by the cathedral and the arcades of Portales, before strolling down Calle 10 where you can admire the Mansión Carvajal and the Church of San José decorated with azulejos tiles.
