Lost in the landscape, this unexpected grouping of stone blocks is evidence of a remarkable funerary monument (2C-3C) and residence (3C) separated by 300m. Note the outline of a rectangular temple and a large mausoleum centred on a cinerary receptacle (in the paving). A path leads to a spacious villa, where a huge monolithic cistern fed a hypocaust-heated pool and a fountain feature.
