Between Brussels and St-Gilles or Sint-Gillis, this imposing medieval vestige is the only remaining gate of the former ramparts. Its 14C form was modified during its restoration (1870), the aim of which was to make it even more medieval! Inside, there are exhibitions on the history and traditions of Brussels in the Middle Ages.
