The Waldenmaier family (now in their fourth generation) cook excellent, seasonal, regional fare at their traditional country inn. The game is locally hunted, the bread comes from the little bakery next door, and even the schnapps is home distilled. There is also a pretty terrace on the first floor and a lovely rustic beer garden.
