This small restaurant, once a butcher’s shop, is located next to the Peškarija fish market, where the chef chooses the best local fish for his creative cuisine. Dishes, showcased on an à la carte (lunchtime only) and a 6-course tasting menu, can be enjoyed in the dining room or outdoors on the terrace, and are often prepared using modern techniques such as sous-vide cooking. Try delicious recipes such as poached hake with cuttlefish noodles accompanied by poached egg, a beetroot coulis and citrus fruit foam.
