The Michelin Guide's review
Take a seat at the counter here, in front of the old stock exchange to savour the great specialities of Venetian cuisine and northeast Italy. The interior, by Philippe Starck, evokes the refinement of Venice. Massimo Mori, boss of Michelin-starred restaurant Armani, chooses the ingredients with attention to the terroir: spider crab, delicious and impeccably cooked risotto, calf's liver and even delicious ice creams topped with hazelnuts from Piedmont.
