Traditional Japanese décor, a solid wood counter and the terrarium behind the open kitchen give this place a relaxing vibe. The set menu features more than 10 kinds of seasonal seafood and veggies, such as sea urchin roe and prawn, coated in a thin translucent tempura batter and fried in a blend of cotton seed and sesame oils. Most ingredients are shipped from Japan, except the exclusive item in this branch – deep-fried bird’s nest in rice paper.
