The Michelin Guide's review
The EEOB houses the Executive Office of the President. Completed in 1888 as the seat of the State, War and Navy Departments, the building deteroriated over time and seemed to be destined for demolition, when it was annexed in 1947 by the members of the White House Executive. This huge granite building was rehabilitated in the 1960s.
