Rue d'En-Bas
Michelin Guide
Civil and military monument
The Michelin Guide's review
This street is home to many timber-framed houses. Note the Hôtel du Bol d'Or (late 15C) whose staircase turret, flanked by a square pavilion, has an unusual top at N°10. At N°30, the stone and half-timbered house with sculpted decoration is well worth looking out for. Rue Sévigné, where the famous Marchioness once lived, adjoins Rue d'en-Bas.
