Gosford Forest Park

The Michelin Guide's review
One of the most pleasant forestry parks of Northern Ireland lies on 240ha/600aces of land that once belonged to the Earls of Gosford. The castle, which burned down, was replaced in the early 19C by the current Neo-Normandy-inspired edifice (private). The park boasts rare species from all over the world, including some lovely cedars from Himalaya; a farmyard is also on show.
