The Michelin Guide's review
The Benedictine abbey housing the museum dates from the 17C. One section is dedicated to regional ethnology, showcasing traditional headdresses and costumes, the other to modern and contemporary art, featuring exhibits by Victor Brauner, and works by the master of Outsider Art, Gaston Chaissac (1910-1964), as well as Baselitz, Magnelli and Dubuffet. Admire the 17C hull-shaped ceiling. Temporary exhibitions.
