In the fishing port, you will see trawlers and freighters and may just catch a glimpse of the day's seafood and fish catch being unloaded around 10pm. The marina, in the heart of the town, offers moorings for up to 800 boats. The maritime laboratory of the National Natural History Museum stands on the Quai de La Croix, where you can visit the Marinarium. Then walk along the Port de la Croix, protected by a pier.
