The few remains of the medieval walls include three towers (the Tour du Roy, 16C Tour Milard, Tour de l'École), as well as the Porte Neuve and Porte Bourgogne gateways, the latter forming the foundations of a building. A marked path enables visitors to explore the fortifications.
