Religious monument
The Michelin Guide's review
Built by Diego de Vergara, who also worked on Málaga Cathedral, the 16C Iglesia de San Agustín has a nave topped with a Gothic crossed vault and a pretty 17C-18C tower. The Mannerist portal is a semi-circular arch with a protruding balcony. On the main altar, interesting paintings illustrate the life of St Augustine.
