Mountain Vista Resort is one of the first attempts of agritourism in Crete, and is located in dense cypress, surrounded by mountains, 12 mi southwest of Rethymnon. Located at an altitude of 199 mi, and very close not only to the mountains but to the sea as well, offers studios and apartments with traditional decor, fireplace, sitting room with TV set, parking area, 5 Χ 5 pitch and basketball court. Guests may choose between self-catering studios and spacious 2-room apartments with fireplace. All units have balconies. The ancient Minoan cities of Knossos and Phaestos can easily be reached by car. The Venetian cities of Rethymno and Chania are only 30 to 50 minutes away. Free private parking is possible on site.
