Useful information

Description

The closure of the Citroën factories in the 1970s led to the creation of this huge park, the largest green area to be established in the French capital since the Second Empire. Futuristic in design, it is a fusion of vegetation, stone, glass and ever-present water, where the highly symmetrical and design-influenced French tradition appears hand-in-hand with English concepts (greenhouses and a garden in movement) and Japanese traditions (serial gardens, a white garden and a black garden).
